What can you expect?
Breath, movement, a bit of guided chaos, silence â but most importantly: no pressure, no performance. You donât need any prior experience. Weâll explain everything at the beginning and guide you step by step throughout.
And if you prefer just to observe, breathe your own way, or stay still â thatâs totally okay too.
