What is the Litohlavy retreat?
An archery-centred retreat for small teams of three to ten people, in a private natural setting 25 minutes from Prague. Archery is the heart of the day — your first shot, calm target practice, and a quiet 3D trail in the woods. Around it we weave breath and movement, a shared evening by the fire, and optional extras like dogtrekking, slackline, firearms, or knife throwing.
It is for everyone, whatever their age, experience, or fitness. Experienced guides stay with you the whole time — for safety, pace, and a calm atmosphere.

Who is this for?
- Small company teams of 3–10 looking for something other than a ropes course or escape room
- Teams after a hard stretch — a big release, a reorg, or months of remote work
- People living on screens who need a day without notifications
- Groups with mixed fitness, because nothing is mandatory and every activity has a gentler alternative
The programme is offered, never forced. You choose how much to join in. If something is not for you, there is always another option:
- walks nearby
- tea and a book
- quiet time with the animals
- helping prepare food by the fire
- drawing or simple woodcraft
The aim is rest, reconnection, and a day that respects each person's pace.

How this retreat began
I am a UX/UI designer with years in the craft. I have burned out myself, and I know the pressure tech puts on people and on teams. Classic team-building never gave me much, so I built something else.
Together with the Litohlavy range we designed not a team-building day, but a retreat — experience, rest, and a deeper kind of team time. It rests on presence, calm, and activities that reconnect you with colleagues and with yourself.
The idea behind it: Disconnect from the screen. Reconnect with yourself.
